Are the prices fixed?
All products have set average prices to give each patron an idea of price points. However, individual photo orders will have various levels of simplicity or complexity, and therefore prices are subject to what is decided upon in the initial consultation with Koya.
What medium is used for editing?
Koya primarily uses Adobe Photoshop for editing. This application is able to adjust to specific lighting requests, texture modifications, hand-drawn special effects (both gore & nsfw), etc. For in-depth filtering, Picsart Premium is occasionally used to enhance the base the Photoshop provides.
What is your Return Policy?
Koya begins patron orders with a personal voice call to establish what exactly is needed for the order. Updates on the photo's process are given as needed/asked for, and a final voice call/screen share is conducted before submitting payment and receiving the final product. Refunds are generally not needed nor given as payments do not take place until after the final product has been seen and approved by the client before delivery. If there are persisting issues, the return policy can be reviewed upon a meeting between patron and artist.
What is the best way to reach Koya?
Koya primarily operates via Discord, though they are also accessible through Twitter and by email. Discord is where consultations take place, and email is the preferred method of sending final products (for the purpose of having a record of shipment success - however these can be sent through Discord if absolutely necessary). Twitter is primarily for promotion of the products - though Koya's DMs are open for those who have inquiries that primarily use that platform.
How do I give credit for finished edits?
The best way for Koya's Canvas to be able to grow is through satisfied customers promoting the edits upon posting/sharing them. Including Koya's Twitter handle (@_KoyaKawa_) in a comment to show awareness for their page is the perfect way to let people see your new edit while helping the artist as well!
How do I book a consultation?
As of right now, consultation information is available within the "Book Online" tab on the site's top taskbar. Once you find the type of consultation that is relevant to you, head over to the "Contact" tab to message Koya directly with your booking request!
